I have always had a passion for cooking.
Jam and chutney making is in my blood and I absolutely love baking and especially making celebration cakes… making that special cake can be nerve-wreaking but the results are always satisfying and is certainly worth all the effort.
The business has been running for over 9 years now and it’s grown steadily over that time. I’ve gained more experience with the cakes and I undertake more markets and food festivals with the jams, chutneys and fruit vinegars. Please don’t hesitate to ask me if you require any allergen information.
I’m now based in Cynheidre near Llanelli which is not too far from Swansea here in beautiful South Wales.
