Alison has always had a passion for cooking, and her husband Andrew is a fantastic cook too.
A recent career rethink allowed Alison to follow her dream of running her own business making cakes and jams.
Their friends have been official tasters and testers for the past 12 months and now that all the courses have been completed and the paperwork filled and filed it is now your turn to taste the fruits of the Little Black Hen kitchen.
We are based in Llangennech near Llanelli which is not too far from Swansea here in beautiful South Wales, located just 5 mins off the M4 Junction 48
