This was a cake for a computer game enthusiast. A rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, this went down a treat. Apparently all that’s left is the figure, the rest disappeared in a flash!!
On Bond’s 50th Birthday I had the pleasure of trying to recreate Bonds iconic Aston Martin DB5 for a Bond mad 10yr old. This handcarved vanilla cake went down a storm but there was a reluctance to cut it!

A lovely handcarved vanilla cake for a steam train enthusiast who had his 70th birthday. There are a few not so subtle references to the gentlemans age on the train. Can you spot them?
The brief I had for this cake was to design something special for a Cath Kidston, pig and nature loving lady. I think this hits the mark. The bottom tier was a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and homemade strawberry jam whilst the top tier was a rich gluten free chocolate cake.

It was a pleasure to make and decorate a dozen chocolate cupcakes for Tony for his 60th birthday. A keen golfer it was fun to make and model the gold clubs, flags and tees.
