I was asked to produce a cake for a very keen gardener which included a greenhouse. I had fun modeling leeks, Cauliflowers and pumpkins as well as watering cans and flower pots! The cake was a rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream encased in a chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. A cake which makes you smile!
