A chocololate lovers cake with rich chocolate sponge, luscious chocolate buttercream and covered with a dark chocolate ganache. The top two tiers had a raspberry twist too. Congratulations Gareth and Rosie.

I was asked to make a pink sparkly rainbow cake, do you think this fit the bill? There’s even a secret rainbow inside the cake which will only be revealed when its cut. This was a lovely vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and home made raspberry jam,

A pink Starburst two tier cake for a special 18th birthday. Vanilla sponge cakes with oddles of vanilla buttercream and homemade strawberry jam. Yummy!

 

Another cake with lots of cute little critters flying, buzzing, hopping and wondering all around the garden pond. My favourite is the “too cool for School” dragonfly, what’s yours?

This was big cake for a little boy but he and his friends ( helped by mummy and daddy ) soon polished it off. A mixture of chocolate and vanilla tiers, this cake went down a treat.
