These white chocolate and raspberry cupcakes were commissioned to celebrate a married couples joint birthday. Girly pink cupcakes for her and DIY cakes for him. They went down a treat!

This pretty cake was donated as a raffle prize for a local choir. A vanilla sponge with homemade raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, was well received but the lucky ticket holder.

Fabulous to be a part of Ruth and Mark’s Wedding day. Congratulations to you both. This was a very special cake for my little cousin so we pushed out the boat with a rich mix of cake flavours. The bottom layer was a spiced carrot cake with orange buttercream covered with a white chocolate orange ganache. The second tier was chocolate truffle torte with chocolate buttercream enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. The next tier was luscious lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream covered in white chocolate and lemon ganache. Lastly the top tier was a rich fruit cake to be saved and kept for a later date!!!

Fabulous 40th!

A fun cake for a 40th birthday, reflecting the birthday girls interests. Sea Kayaking and travel to Italy, the handcrafted sugar paste decorations sat on a vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry jam.
