Fabulous to be a part of Ruth and Mark’s Wedding day. Congratulations to you both. This was a very special cake for my little cousin so we pushed out the boat with a rich mix of cake flavours. The bottom layer was a spiced carrot cake with orange buttercream covered with a white chocolate orange ganache. The second tier was chocolate truffle torte with chocolate buttercream enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. The next tier was luscious lemon sponge with lemon curd buttercream covered in white chocolate and lemon ganache. Lastly the top tier was a rich fruit cake to be saved and kept for a later date!!!
