Wedding Cake

roses wedding cake        I was thrilled to be asked to make this wedding cake. With over 50 handmade and edible roses in burgundy and ivory, the gold pattern also matches the brides sari. The three tier main cake was a mix of chocolate and vanilla ganached sponge with buttercream and homemade strawberry jam. There was also a separate eggless vanilla sponge, which was also decorated with handmade roses.
